Lovely house... the kitchen is very nice... the only thing that isnt fab is the room sizes.. the master bedroom is very small. New builds tend to be small😢.. the garden is lovely tho...😊

@BethanandJoe I've been googling for the last 2 days to find anyone who's negotiated price on a new build house and I haven't found anything which is super strange. U maybe right about it not being possible

They are all different prices all over the UK depends where you live, we live in an expensive part of the UK unfortunately! But under 400 ❤️

Buying a place as a couple is incredibly easy.
We didn’t find it particularly easy as Bethan is self employed and we saved a lot, but can appreciate that it’s easier perhaps in terms of size choice of house ❤️
JEN JONES I think this only applies if there is a very good joint salary as well as a decent deposit.. I would definitely not say its easy...
There are buying schemes - gov equity loan but this will soon cease... there are many who do not want to use this scheme... even if still will be a struggle... easy will always apply when the salary / salaries are up - re getting accepted for a mortgage and having the deposit...
Why does the dog have to go downstairs? If she is your fur baby she should sleep with you! My dogs have always slept in our bedroom. I’ve had real human kids but our fur babies were always part of the family. Good luck on your new journey in your new home in making into a home. 🤗
Haha it's just not practical for us to have her in bed, she gets up through the night to go to the toilet and she does really like her bed down stairs, it's been that way since she was a puppy and my family pets when I was younger it was the same! I guess it's case by case! Thanks for watching 😊
