I love all the greenery that you have in your home. It lends a magical, nature vibe to your rooms. Since the walls are very white, I bet a few colorful paintings would really pop on the walls. Such a pretty, young couple you guys are, I hope you'll always be happy in your new house.

I would’ve made the wooden shelf area in the kitchen Into a coffee bar area it makes sense and go for a wallpaper in that downstairs toilet with the colour you want in a pattern so it’s a statement bathroom since it’s the one your guest will use
I think you've done a really god job in a short time. I really love your garden and can imagine that its beautiful outdoor spot in the summer.

OMG, Chai is everything. I love fur babies with all my heart, please show him in all your videos 🐶 How old was he when you got him. Aww, he was unsettled because he needed to be near Mum and Dad at night, I bet that’s where he will be permanently now ……….. as he should be. 😂 Love from Australia ❤

Office in smaller room with a sofa bed? And tv for the game console … we did this with one our bedrooms - and than have a spare bedroom with bed, which if we are blessed with a child they will have that room 🤭 … just an idea - saves having a wasted room just with a bed which only gets used 1 every few months
Also gives the hard working man in your life a games room / den for his downtime! And you deserve a gorgeous house which your house is and so well designed and use of space!
Good idea - brad does want somewhere to play his playstation so possibly could shove it away up there and have his own space! xxx
Ah brydie brad and chai your home looks lovely, u gota get fireplace for Christmas so u can put up stockings and a Garland, i have visitors too nxt weekend, we never see anyone but my nephew is coming from eire, not seen him 11 yrs n now he has a 5 yr old daughter, i feel old, i can't not have a tv in my bedroom, it's company more than anything in the morning snuggled up in bed with my doggy ,can't believe brad said the 3 musketeers at the end as we say that re us n our dog 🐕 xx

Hello! It’s Lino flooring, I can’t remember the name of it but I’ve looked through my photos and I believe the brand is called design elements, our housing company just gave us a book with options so I could be wrong, sorry! It’s the same as the bathsrooms upstairs too xxx

I feel like its only influencers who are able to afford their own homes these days. These "affordable" home schemes aren't suitable to people with large savings but lower paying jobs as mortgages and interest rates just arent anywhere inline with salaries.

I'd advice working with a mortgage broker for professional advice on how to go about investing in real estate ... just to avoid regrets
I don’t think the bubble will pop. To many people renting which is more secure than mortgages. All you have to do is recycle the tenant instead of wasting a 30 year mortgage. Renting might be the only way forward.
I wish people would understand that your house is only worth what someone will pay for it , not what zillow tell you . People have felt rich because of the housing boom , i see a ,mental health crisis coming in the downturn

Good investment plan is what we need and many ignore it. think about it, we do not know how bad this recession will be , what happens when a lot of first home buyers, especially in tech industries, lose their jobs? How long before they cannot afford their mortgage payment? what happens if some jobs don't come back or cannot come back? How many home owners are just getting by month to month
Why are we discussing mortgages here?? Not the place . Were here to enjoy the house update .
