    Hi! That was a lot of useful information.
    I had a question regarding rent in Munich, is it necessary to have a guarantor to rent in the city center of Munich or is a work contract generally sufficient?
    Thanks for the infos.

      Hi, glad to hear it was helpful😀 Usually it is sufficient to have an employment contract showing that your income would be high enough to cover the monthly rent. Should be a permanent contact. For students’ guarantor is common, but not if you are working:) Let me know if you have any further questions:)

    Thanks for the video. Quite useful for newcomers. Is there an updated video for 2022?.I am planning to relocate with my family to Munich by Aug/Sept 2022. Do you suggest any fully furnished rooms or apartments for a family of 3(me, wife, child) to live at a reasonable rent in Munich? Any specific locations that I can explore for 1 or 1.5 Zimmer fully furnished.

      Thanks for the nice feedback! There is another video about furnished apartment renting, in case it might be helpful: th-cam.com/video/A-PsVuu_VIY/w-d-xo.html
      And yes, I am thinking to make an updated new one in the near future:) The location depends very much on your budget, the best areas would be Schwabing, Bogenhausen, Haidhausen or Maxvorstadt, but those are the most expensive. It also depends where your future office would be. If you go further away from the city center (still within Sbahn connection, but about 30 min from the center) you would be able to get 2 rooms for the price of 1 room apartment in the center, or even cheaper:)

      @@natalliaIndersdorf Thanks for sharing the video. I will take a look. My office would be in City centre, Munich. But I am ok to travel 30-40min away from office. I am looking for a reasonable rent for family of 3,with fully furnished apartment. Which locations precisely do you suggest for me here?

      Try to check here and enter your budget limit, then you can see which areas are available and what are the prices:
      www.immobilienscout24.de/Suche/de/bayern/muenchen/wohnung-mieten?numberofrooms=1.0-2.0&pricetype=rentpermonth&sorting=4&enteredFrom=result_list
      You can select only furnished option:) If you need help with German translation, let me know:) Just one thing to keep in mind, the demand is really high, so good apartments are gone really quickly. Also if you are trying to find something from abroad and without viewing it first, could be more difficult. Then again Mr. Lodge would be easier and safer.

    Thank you for making this informational video. I have question regarding accommodation in Munich, Which option is best unfurnished or furnished when moving to Munich for long term for couples?

    • @natalliaIndersdorf
      @natalliaIndersdorf  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, it is definitely cheaper to rent an unfurnished place, especially for a long time. Buying the furniture could be a bit expensive and it takes long time to have it delivered, but it is still cheaper than getting a furnished apartment.
