Mr. Lodge is famous as bad in Munich, my city. No German will use it. 400 euro final cleaning is not normal. Deposit back after 2 months is stealing. And those rent costs... Feeling sorry for people dealing with Mr. Lodge...
They certainly charge more, when I rented an apartment with them I had to pay two monthly rents in advance, now this is replaced by a higher monthly rent (not sure how many % exactly). So this is a good option for a short term rent:)

Thanks for the video. I heard MR. lodge charges 30% more than market value. Is it true?
