How to get NON-B Visa and the OEC
STEP 1
NON-B application @the Thai Embassy in Philippines
Requirements:
1. Letter of Request from the Employer
2. Signatory of the letter of request (Thai Government ID/passport of the employer)
3. Business Registration of the school in Thailand
4. Permit of the School in Thailand to accept foreign teachers
5. Employment Contract (not authenticated yet is accepted for Non-b)
6. Approval/Certification from the Ministry of Education in Thailand (CHED THAILAND)
7. NBI Clearance to travel abroad (from Philippines)
8. Certifies True Copy of Diploma and Transcript of Records (CAV/RED RIBBON)
9. Valid Passport (at least 6 months validity)
10. 2 passport size or 2X2 ID picture (white background)
11. Accomplished application form (for visa application form please visit thaiembassymnl... - here's the sample thaiembassymnl... )
12. Passport (original and photocopy)
STEP 2 ACQUIRING OEC @POEA Manila
Requirements/Stages
A. PHASE 1
1. Passport with validity period not less than one year
2. Valid Work Visa/Non-B Visa
3. Employment Contract
4. Company Business License
5. Authenticated Contract from Philippine Embassy Thailand
6. Additional Country -specific requirements (JUST UPLOAD 1 BLANK PAGE ms word file)
7. Additional Documents to support job application (teacher related training certificates etc..)
8. Notarized Statement of how you knew/got this job
9. Employer's ID
10. Notarized DIPLOMA/TOR
B. PHASE 2
1. Medical Certificate
2. PEOS
C. PDOS Certificate
D. For Compliance (just wait for what POEA will tell you to comply)
E. Wait for Approval (Evaluation of Documents)
Print all the documents from Phase 1 to Phase 2, arrange it accordingly.
F. Payment

Regarding sa authenticated contract nga pangitaon sa Phase 1. Ano pong gagawin kung walang kakilala dyan sa Thailand na pwedeng kumuha ng contract para ipa authenticate sa PH embassy?

Hala madam, sorry sa mga late reply po. So if wala po kayong kakilala sa th, email nyo po ang school na anyone from the school po pwede mapakiusapan as long as may consent letter from the school. Kahit Thai teacher pwede po yan.

Regarding po sa non-b visa, kelangan ko po ba mag.walk-in sa makati (Thai embassy) pra magpr0cess ng non-b? Or may online po ba? Salamat po sa pagsagot. Dalhin mo lang original copy mo pero ang ibigay mo yung photocopy lang.
accepted din naman soft copy pero dalhin mo lang ang original copy po. But even dito sa Thailand, wag talaga ibigay ang original copy.
