I mean the front page of your passport and all pages that have stamps in your passport. it shows your journey history. every time you leave your country and enter other countries, you will get a stamp from immigration from each country, right? So you also need to give a copy of the pages. (2) You can legalize your documents to any ambassador of your country whether consulate or embassy, If you don't have both in Thailand, you can contact your embassy in neighboring country such as Malaysia, cambodia etc. (3) For the cooperation letter, you cannot do it by yourself, this is your school's job to handle it.

You still need the stamp from the ministry of foreign affairs in Thailand

Of course you can convert your tourist visa to a non B visa, but before that You MUST be accepted to any school in Thailand.
