What a clever solution! I love that you are always honest in your videos and admit to trial and error in your projects. This bench is ingenious and a great way to store some of your gadgets but have them to hand when needed. Now you have the space to work, even when it's raining ;-)

Why do you have all of these tools and the knowledge to use them, if you have never built anything before?
Don’t know what to tell you 🤷♂️
If you watch consistantly, you will see that in addition to being very bright, he also is willing to risk to learn. He makes a lot of mistakes, but each one is another thing learned. Lots of people are intelligent, but not all are willing to put in the work, and look at projects as a way to learn, to pace themselves, not get discouraged and keep on working. It works with any skill or craft - keep making mistakes and keep learning, they go hand in hand. Eventually you get to the point where you have this vast store of knowledge which you know from your own experience and the advice of others.@@barstad-9591

For someone that’s never built anything before, you seem to know how to use (and have!?) all the tools quite well. This was an interesting process to watch…almost felt like reverse engineering as you built around the tools (not a bad thing, just different than my over-planning approach…and then not have my plan work😉). Looks great - a bit envious of your ability to construct on the fly!

HOW does this video not have tons more views?! I find the build on this bench absolutely fascinating! I am green with envy and I don't even work with wood! (I would love to, though. I even took a wood shop class in school when I was about 12... I was the only girl in the class after the other girl dropped out. Maybe in my golden years I will have time and money....) Props to your ingenuity, mad skills and vision!

I may not be a carpenter or have need to use an amazing workbench like that, but I love how you didn't let your limited space stop you from what you love to do.
