Replacing Starter Drive & Installing Starter on a 1950s-1960s Diesel Ford Tractor

Replacing a starter drive on a 50s-60s Ford Tractor. Should be similar to many other models. Be sure to purchase one made with quality material so the gear teeth don't break, like this one. The casting of the starter drive that came with the starter seems to be made cheaply. The replacement drive I used was a used/refurbished New Holland/Ford part, so I think it is a good quality part, definitely looks like it. Best bet would be to just used the drive off of an old starter and install it on the new starter.
