Hi Isabella, I know, it’s a bad habit, but I’m trying to get rid of it :-) By the way , in English “crutches” are for “muletas”, but the `physical objects that help you walk better. When speaking we say “you have a pet phrase or a pet word”. Take care!

Hi Isabella, I know, it’s a bad habit, but I’m trying to get rid of it :-) By the way , in English “crutches” are for “muletas”, but the `physical objects that help you walk better. When speaking we say “you have a pet phrase or a pet word”. Take care!
