You don’t need to dehydrate them using salt first? One time I tried to make zucchini fries and like it drowned the cookie sheet (accumulation of water) and I was told the reason was because I didn’t rub them in salt and try to draw out some of the moisture before I cooked them. Anyone know?
Aww this looks good. 😢 Sad cuz I thought zucchini was so easy to grow that maybe it would work in my sunless garden, but niether it not the cucumbers I planted fruited. Lots of flowers but only the male flowers. I wanted loads of zucchini to eat!!
