Then it flows as you speak in the beginning its all in your head then do a lot of meetings or presentations you will be polished like this gentlemen. Knowing your subject like the back of your hand makes you confident rest is practice because at the end of the day you can have the knowledge of the universe nobody knows what's in your head until you speak and speaking well is how you share your knowledge best. If you can't articulate your thoughts well nobody benefits even if you have the knowledge of the universe.
