I don't think I've ever thanked you, Nate. Your videos were the highlights of my days during the Pandemic. I swear, I survived by watching your videos, and videos of rugs being cleaned. Those are 2 things I never thought I'd be interested in, but here we are lol. Thanks Man. I appreciate you
Nate, I’ve started watching your videos about a year ago when I was 3 months pregnant with my son. He is now 6 months old and we are up currently at 6:30 am watching your videos 😂❤. The have kept us calm and peaceful in the wee hours when sleep is an issue. Thank you Nate !!
I've seen other hoof trimmers, and Nate is honestly better in every way. Videos get straight to the point, there's not 10 minutes of unrelated stuff to skip through, and the way Nate trims the hooves is just flawless, he's thorough in his treatment of hoof issues and he's very gentle- not hacking through live tissue or hurting them.
Thanks for the F/U, it was a doozy and I can't believe how well it has healed! I'm sure she feels soooo much better. As I always say, Magic Hands Nate! Thanks again for all you do for these animals, you're the best! 🥰 And we can't pretend we didn't notice, cow #1 gave you that good ol' proverbial head turn saying - Thank you Nate! ❤
Raised in Chicago, live in Nashville, and I've been hooked on learning about cattle hooves. I don't even think I've ever even pet a cow before. Thanks Nate 😂
Aww, you are an absolute STAR, Nate! You do such a great job (better than other people I've watched 'hoofing' on TH-cam, dare I say!). On behalf of these gentle giants, I'd like to say a massive THANK YOU for all you do!
I've been sitting here trying to figure out what was possibly making that scritch sound when you said it was quiet??? It's my cat. She's playing under my bed. 😂 We love your content. Keep up the good work!
When the cows turn to look back at you, I always think they're saying, "What the heck was THAT?!?" ... Or maybe... "You've got your nerve, hoisting my under parts & messing w/ my feet like that...!" 🤣🤣🤣
These videos are my vice. It doesn't matter what I'm doing or where, when I see a Nate the Hoof Guy video, I drop *everything*, put it on the biggest screen available to me, and watch it in its entirety with 0 distractions
I was surprised with the result of the first one. I thought separation was always all connected. I love that they turn to look at you. I will say, I don't like hearing the barn sounds because I like imagining cutting through a hoof is like butter, even though it's not. 😆 You make it look easy but hearing it, you can tell the hoof is hard and it sounds like a rock. .
My spontaneous reactions to this in order: Ouch! 😮 Great job! 👏 Always wearing proper work gloves while using the knife - top marks for good sense!👍 Love your work, Mr Nate. ❤
I partly grew upon a grade A dairy in the Arkansas Ozarks. Well drained but a bit rocky, flint rock hills. Don’t remember having this much trouble with hooves, but zero was young. Everything wasn’t dry lotted in those days; I’m 77. Can’t imagine that anyone from a totally different background would have as much interest, however. But never know.
6:55 Eugh, thanks for reminding me of the risk of getting bits launched into my eyes when doing this kind of work. Safety goggles are probably a good idea.
*I love the complete lack of music, corny intros and all the other fluff. Just educating and interesting discussion and clip. Thank you, please never change your format*
I like to think that if there were a zombie apocalypse, there would be a good amount of cows that wouldn't go without hoof treatment. With everyone so enraptured by the process, id like to think that animal husbandry will persist.
I was half-expecting that little story about glue bits sometimes flying off & hitting you where it hurts to be followed up by on-camera Nate flinching with a bleeped-out exclamation. Glad it didn't get you this time!
If you hadn't mentioned the cautionary signs of the pinkness in the colouring, I would have thought that one would definitely go upwards with removing the separated hoof.
As a retired dairy farmer I always enjoy catching up on a new video. And showing these to our grandkids to pass things on.
Never known a farmer who retired. Tried to get my dad to slow down with a hobby......He bought some more calves!
This is a hilarious title. Well done lol
I know! I chuckled when I read that! Ingenious!
😂😂😂
Bro is all dripped out🎉
I don't think I've ever thanked you, Nate.

Thanks Man. I appreciate you
I love hearing the natural sounds of the barn. Plus, they allow us to hear the amount of force you are applying. Hoofs are tough. Thanks for sharing.

Why do I always enjoy seeing you round the toes off! Thank you for all your instructive content, Nate!
OMG, why am I addicted to these videos? I don't own a cow or ever planning on owning one, and i can't help but watch videos like this🤦🏾♂️
love your content I cant imagine how much pain relief you give these animals good job sir
I love how you have compassion for the cows❤

Nope, still read that abbreviation wrong in my head despite knowing what you were talking about...
I remember that cow and I am amazed to see such a recovery. Well done Nate. (And well done cow I suppose)
I'm amazed to see how much that discolored corium has healed! A lot has improved from the large open leaky hole in the previous video.
Great letting us hear the barn swallows tweeting away!
Thank you for letting us just listen without the commentary. It is great asmr. I could listen for hours.
Raised in Chicago, live in Nashville, and I've been hooked on learning about cattle hooves.
I don't even think I've ever even pet a cow before. Thanks Nate 😂

the more, not normal things happen ,the more we learn, job well done, bless Nate ❤and then when they look back, like thank you, love it❤
Dang, these cows REALLY know what’s up! So drippy!
I've been sitting here trying to figure out what was possibly making that scritch sound when you said it was quiet???
It's my cat. She's playing under my bed. 😂

When the cows turn to look back at you, I always think they're saying, "What the heck was THAT?!?" ... Or maybe...
"You've got your nerve, hoisting my under parts & messing w/ my feet like that...!" 🤣🤣🤣
I tend to imagine the cow saying "wait a minute... it doesn't hurt now. Did you do that?"
These videos are my vice. It doesn't matter what I'm doing or where, when I see a Nate the Hoof Guy video, I drop *everything*, put it on the biggest screen available to me, and watch it in its entirety with 0 distractions

5:32 what a beautiful cow!
Nate, one of the few people who always leaves it better than he found it.
Two happy customers! A two-for-one sale! Love the videos, Nate!
Beautiful job, loved the follow-up.❤

Thank you Nate, it was nice watching you work. 💚
You sped up instead of just cutting the video. You are the best
This is a whole different breed of ASMR and I'm all for it ❤
Still waiting for one of the cows to suddenly yell "OUCH!!! WATCH WHAT YOU'RE DOING NATE!"
My spontaneous reactions to this in order: Ouch! 😮 Great job! 👏 Always wearing proper work gloves while using the knife - top marks for good sense!👍 Love your work, Mr Nate. ❤
Thank you Nate ! 😊💫
5:58 "Uncovered a 'hole' lot more" 😅

Zero? I was young….
the way they look back like "what kind of sorcery did you just perform on me? i feel better????"
Another job well done. A great video. Thank you for caring.
Getting more creative with titles... impressive 👏👏
Another great one Nate!
Happy cows!
👏👏👏💜💜👏👏👏
She looks back like she saying thank you
Keep up the vids Nate love these
Great work, Nate.
Personally, I can never tell which is a medial and which is a lateral claw. But I guess I should use the udder as my guide ...
6:55 Eugh, thanks for reminding me of the risk of getting bits launched into my eyes when doing this kind of work. Safety goggles are probably a good idea.
@5:33--
Well if she doesn't look enthused😂
5:32 oooh is that a fleckvieh im seeing? 😍 one of my top favourites breeds, im in love with their white eyelashes! 🫶
Excellent job, Nate!
Cows have incredible healing powers. Wow
AS ALWAYS JOB WELL DONE...
I watch not for the drips.
I like all the diffrent stuff
❤❤❤
I'm imagining someone with a large scar on their cheek, and everyone being too afraid to ask and find out it was from a glue chunk.
Please don't speed up your videos. I love watching you trim it out. I enjoy watching your videos.
We do need to see all the trimming!! Please dont speed up trimming! Love your videos! Always watch them before i go to bed! 🙏🏻💜

Thank you, Nate
*I love the complete lack of music, corny intros and all the other fluff. Just educating and interesting discussion and clip. Thank you, please never change your format*

Hey man! Dont speed up the little trimming details! We love to see it!
Love the vids Nate!
I love these.
Amazing job👍👍🇺🇸
They all most always turnaround and look,as if to say thanks.:😊
This channel rules!
Awesome work 👏
You work really slow and careful😮😮
It really is incredible how quickly a gaping hole like that can heal up.
I like to think that if there were a zombie apocalypse, there would be a good amount of cows that wouldn't go without hoof treatment. With everyone so enraptured by the process, id like to think that animal husbandry will persist.
Love your videos fascinating Thank you
I was half-expecting that little story about glue bits sometimes flying off & hitting you where it hurts to be followed up by on-camera Nate flinching with a bleeped-out exclamation.
Glad it didn't get you this time!
Their drip! 😆
That title tho 😂😂
Thank you.
Admiro sus vídeos, que excelente cirujía y curación, incomparable . bendiciones
The title tho 😭.... FOUL!
The Lord loves all his creatures.
Does it ever happen that the 2 claws of the hoof has issues? how would you proceed?
Momma cow turned around and said thank you
Great video😮😮❤
That title 🤣🤣🤣
New video on (my) Friday evening ! What a good day!
Best hoof trimming chanel on youtube! NTHG! 👍🏾
It tickles me how most of the cows walk away...turn around to look at you...then keep on walking forward. A thank you nod?? lol
Or, like a human at the Dr's office, turning to confirm next appointment date! 😅
The title 😂😂😂
Never been this early before.
Are pasture cows more likely to get bacterial infections?
Do blocks eventually fall off on their own or do they need to be removed?
Excellent ❤
How often do blocks on lateral claws end up causing hoof issues?
If you hadn't mentioned the cautionary signs of the pinkness in the colouring, I would have thought that one would definitely go upwards with removing the separated hoof.
