Any time you beat the GOAT it's an achievement. Congrats to Scott. And BTW, race to 8 in One-Pocket is damn difficult, unless the players try to speed it up a bit. Some players take forever in this game!

At 1:42:42 efran should have banked the 2 ball onto his side and put the cue ball behind the eight! A very easy shot basic it would have put 2 balls out of play and left Scott no bank. Would have made a huge difference in the game!

Last game Efren should’ve taken the easy long rail bank. Especially only needing one ball. He could’ve even missed just leaving near his pocket and won.

It was 7-0 in favor of Efren & he never noticed the dead combo 1:43 & let Scott go on to 7-7. Efren's mistake let Scott win.

Efren plays every day judging by games uploaded from the Philippines.

Scott played good, but Efren was 54 yrs old, well out of his prime yrs, just for the record!

Efren played poorly in the first 3 games. And made poor decisions in the games he was ahead 7 to zip. That's something I've never seen him do.

Nice match. I feel like Efren played poorly. Did he?

I was there, Scott was at the peak of his game. The same time period Scott won Derby City.

Scott is a great bank shooter & Efren missed a lot of banks.@@redleader7358

at about 1 hour 14 minutes you explain why we have your voice over rather than the ambient sound of the pool room audio. I want you to know that I very much prefer your knowlegable voice and analyses over that normal racket- then you in a humble way say "I'm not Billy Incardona" - damn straight you arent and thank god for that! Incardonna is more of a distraction than anything else. He doesn't seem to know when his voice is not needed and he often strays off topic. I'm sure Billy is a great guy and I don't discount his knowledge of the game but he gets on my nerves big time. With your voice over I feel like I see more - miss fewer moments of the match because I am not distracted by the constant chattering of Billy. Would be nice to have more pool videos done w/voice over like this one...would be especially nice if you had one of the players (in this case it would have to be Scott) sit in w/you and do some commentary as the match progresses...not that I don't like Efren - its just that Efrens English speaking skill are not all that good. ha!

I totally agree with you. This guy did a great job. Billy gets on my nerves too, but Danny Deliberto will drive you crazy. Boring know it all that gets the obvious wrong half the time.

JJ is the best analyst of one-pocket hands down.
