Wouldn't it be good to wear protection in parkour? I've seen nasty injuries in longboarding which seems less dangerous than parkour.
Mike Hamilton It just make you look stupid when you were protection.😂😂That's why you practice somewhere safe.
maybe light wrapping around wrist and elbows for scrapes, but for the general part no, it restricts movements and adds weight
longboarding seems more dangerous to me,your going at a way faster seed and you cant control a n object as much as you can with your body.The only protection i might wear would be the knee pads that pro wrestlers use,that's about it.parkour is about using your body only

Yea it's stupid to wear protection- that's what they say before they break their bones or die.
Practice somewhere safe, like : 0:09 , 1:11 , 3:55 , 5:28 all completely safe.
First, sorry for my english, I am from Spain and I don't speak English very well.. When you do a big jump in parkour is the result of years of practice and repetitions so you reduce the possibility of fail. You have got the same posibility when you do a big jump of falling as when you walk for example because the train reduces the danger.
