i guess Im asking randomly but does any of you know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account?? I somehow forgot the password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me
@Kole Valentin i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and I'm in the hacking process now. Seems to take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Sorry to argue, but it is not just talent, it is an acquired skill. You can be talented as well, but you do not necessarily need talent. But, yup that is an amazing skill 💜 (I cannot parkour though)
Get a weapon, the world is full on Anarchy at that point, so it would be easy to acquire one. And also at the point of a zombie apocalypse I don't even think I would want to be alive, I mean what's the point? It's all just surviving, surviving and surviving from now on, the world as gone as we know it, there is nothing to look forward to, all you can do at this point is just survive, it's pretty depressing if you think about it.
@Jacob St.Clair it just doesn't work like that lmao. plenty of experienced people die just because they made a small mistake. Imo, there's a fine line between extreme sports and plain inconsciousness
@@wydchris5003 u dont need a trampoline park to learn these. Best tool for learning tricks is anything soft and a wall. And u can hop from anything. Work your way up carefully tho
I watched this over and over again all summer after I started parkour, I would watch this, go outside, realize I could barely do any parkour and I didn’t even have rocks to jump on so I came back in and watched this again, still 2 years later I can’t do a lot of this stuff!
@@CUStudioFilms of course its more a younger person's activity, but you can literally do it at any age, in different levels for sure, but still stay in shape and have fun... Parkour does not have to be dangerous at all, I know many who have been doing it for over 20 years, and they still are....
ffs I hate how people always put the stamp on talent on things. Its not talent, these guys worked their asses of training and grinding these skills with hundreds of fail attempts. Credit their perseverance, not the genetic talent which is just given to some people for free.
As someone who is afraid of a step higher than 4", I find this hard to watch. Yet the grace, control, and sheer athleticism of these artistes is astounding. I hope that they make look far more dangerous than it really is - it certainly beats sitting in front of a computer as a pastime!
Never heard of this prior to a minute ago! It looks so cool (I'm a bit older than those in the video) I think I'm not interested in jumping from high buildings, but the flips and flexibility are awesome. Guess I'll try to find something local for old folks and try to give it a whirl.
A good way to lose weight is to practice parkour. I think the best place to start though is conditioning exercises and stretching; this way you'll get stronger and lessen the possibility of injury.
Ali İleri where to start depends on your current level of fitness. If you're already an active person and consider yourself in shape, search parkour for beginners on TH-cam. But I stand by conditioning exercises as a prerequisite. Pushups, pullups, core exercises like planks and hollow body holds, and squats and calf raises are good exercises in my opinion. You should warm up before conditioning with movements like jumping jacks or sprints(something to get the heart beating and the blood flowing) and I recommend that you stretch after your conditioning. Oh, and drink water n_n .
I think this is really cool. These people are living there lives to the fullest. Not being afraid and just completing task that average people never thought would be possible. How astonishing
