Himesh should have got Ed Sheehan to show him how to use a looper as backing for the solo riff. It's difficult to replicate as a soloist on an acoustic, unless you have the ability of Tommy Emmanuel!. Good film and he plays his part very convincingly.
Pedro Oliveros, they cut it because that actress (in white, don’t know her name) was scripted to be Jack’s 2nd love intrest & it would make him less sympathy. I was also upset because they cut it but after hearing the explanation, I agreed with them.

Being a Beatle fan for almost 60 years, I couldn't watch this movie. The premise is hokey. But the world would've been a different place without the Muppets from Liverpool.
Fucking hell ! just shows how crap these songs sound when done by a bog standard busker ,Beatles songs sound as good as they are because of the unique ingredients that made them in the first place with the fab four together and George Martin as the fifth master Beatle . Even Bands like Badfinger and ELO replicated a smidgen of the Beatles magic thanks only to the work they engineered in the studio. Which makes the premises of the film even more unbelievable because no one would have been amazed if someone had come up with these songs holding just a guitar and their weak voice.
This is an illustration of commitment that an actor takes to complete a roll. That is why they are paid to "do" what they do. Enjoyed the movie, enjoyed the singing. He made it real.
