Your hijabs gives me extra confidence. Sometimes itd hard as more religious people are soo scared of looking in. Any tools to do so aside from prayer maybe journaling is too much/weird. How do you also feel about hypnotherapy? Doing similaar thibgs with say going to childhood etc. All that the therapist asks is 'how old are you, where are you etc' so its all self generated .
