We need to compare India's CATS programmme with Boeing's Loyal Wingman project.We need to integrate the systems which will be used in AMCA project to enhance the capabilities of CATS programmme.A vertical take off drone should also be developed for Indian Navy as which can be launched from small ships as Aircraft Carriers are becoming vulnerable to submarines,Ballistic Missiles, drones.
Navy is developing special ASW Corvettes. I don't think Aircraft carriers are as vulnerable as media makes it out to be. Unmanned Navy ships is a concept USA is playing with. It seems interesting.
