This interview with Col.Bskshi reveals that the Indian Army is blessed with numerous extremely competent and effective bravehearts who defy all odds to serve the nation. I am sure who ever took over from him is equally if not more competent than him. The nation sleeps soundly because of not only those on the front lines but also that we have an organisation like the TSD.

This is second time I heard Col Honey Buxy. I salute him his team & his professionalism. For this sort of qualified , up right , hell bent to duty to nation officer & men our nation became great & enjoy the freedom we have. We most think many times before spending an extra penny or an extra second. These people spend full life , carrier everything above & beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately our Civil administration never learn from these real heroes.
May our society, system be so mature to follow these great people.

The bureaucracy is very suspicious and skeptical of the way Army operates. This problem persists since Nehruvian days with Nehru being its leader. Unfortunately some Army brass too have subdued into the game and DNA has been set. Difficult to get rid of it till nationalism and integrity begins to flow in the blood of entire bureaucracy.

I have heard so much interviews from veteran Army or defence personality and the common thing they shared is previous congress government was very lazy for modernization of all three defences forces. But in Modi era , this modernisation take pace and now we are going in good direction
