My eyes teared up while watching your beautiful video about the place I used to live in... Thank you for showing the beautiful side of my country away from the destruction and sadness, we needed that. I am a refugee, so I can't go back to Syria anytime soon, but as soon as I can, I will certainly go back to help my country go back to its glory

Unfortunately not. Syria is still a war torn country with 90% of the population living in extreme poverty. We have seen the touristy areas in this video but we definetly have not seen Syria.

God said to Elijah, "Yet I have left you seven thousand whose knees that have not bowed unto Baal". Could somebody say, "I did not follow Elijah but my knees have not bowed unto Baal either"? No! That is not possible. Either you follow Elijah or you follow the devil. And today, either you follow the prophet Kacou Philippe or you follow the devil.... It is as if in the days of Noah, somebody could be saved outside Noah’s ark. That is not possible.

@@sbadrawi2011a You greatly exaggerate as usual with propagandists against Syria but yes many are in poverty thanks to the barbaric proxy war and sanctions launched against Syria. When the US, EU, UK, Turkey, and Israel leave Syria alone and stop stealing our resources, Syria will be just fine again.

The green shrine inside the Umayyad Mosque houses the head of John the Baptist and this is really important because it has been since it was a church and remained in the Mosque. It’s a holy site for both Christians and Muslims 🙏

16 And I am astonished when I see the Muslim women cry because jihadists raped them. And yet they are Muslim and it is written in their Quran that in case of war, including armed robbery, Allah, the merciful, authorises the rape of women even in the presence of their husbands. You cry because of sex, but when you want to go and lie on the beds adorned with gold in Allah's paradise, what is it for? How can you cry for something that you have chosen? It would be a crime if at least you weren't Muslim. Mahomet himself was a hijacker and he attacked caravans and robbed and raped women with his followers. And if you are a Muslim woman, it is because for you, that is normal.

      You are completely mistaken.
The dictator Assad is exspected to take steps to counter the steps taken by the Arab League which he will not be able to do since the real power in Syria lies in the militias controlled by the Ayatollahs of Iran.
All tour guides are vetted by the regime and no one will dare to take you 3 km far from the touristy areas where the Iranian militias and Russian soldiers run the show.
Assad has become very weak and holds unto power through the support of Iran and Russia. He will definitely fail to take any measures to satisfy the concerns of the Arab League and consequently the conflict and the sanctions will continue.
Off course, the regime loves such videos because they state his narrative that life is back to normal. The matter of fact is that, Syria is a divided and destroyed country and a trip outside the touristy areas will tell the whole story.

Just to correct some information regarding Ummayad Mosque
It was temple, then church and when the Muslims increased in number the Khalifa ( Ruler) proposed to the Syrian Orthodox pope to build another church which is near by (The Mariamite Cathedral of Damascus)
In return the Muslims expand the Ummayad Mosque.
And was agreed between both parties.

The prophet Muhammad spent a lot of his early young life in Damascus as a trader before he became a prophet. He said this "if paradise is on the earth then Damascus without a doubt is in it. If it is in the sky, then it vies with it and shares its glory". So sad what happened to this once glorious city.

Not like you think, not all the Countryside is like you are expecting. The Countyside is more beautiful than the city AND he showed just the normal live. Believe me there ist also much luxury Life in Syria specially at the Summer. Even with war the life will never stop. In the Video ist every thing 100% authentic, and if you can not believe please come to visit 😉 sorry for my english because it‘s my third Language 😬
