Our shop has been around for over 100 years, the building on which we have paid taxes for many years, due to internal disputes between the owners, Then due to our mutual disputes due to non payment of taxes in BMC the building was auctioned by BMC, The new landlord built a four-storey building without BMC permission where there was only a ground floor.
The one who bought it at auction, made it and sold it to a third person
Now this is the third landlord who is demanding from the court only for his personal interest for my shop.
Do you have any legal solution???

1959 की tenanted buileings ह ओरिजनल लांडलोर्ड ने devloper कंपनी को कन्व्हेयनस कर के सोल्ड किया ह 2018 मे अभी देवलोपर devlop नाही कर रहा ह being a tenant क्या कर सकते हैं devlopement के लिये.क्या हम SRA मे जा सकते ह क्या
