    The Concept of TDR is one of the most uneconomical , impractical and hopeless concept of the modern world. Manhattan, NewYork , Tokio, Shanghai has FSI of 14, 22, 25 whereas Mumbai has an FSI of 1. So how can we develop this nation ?

    Quality of video shooting seems to be very poor. Continuous background noise. People walking between the video camera and speaker. Distracting for serious topics that require attention.
