Alignment needs to be done with the average passenger load weight of 1 or 2 people who will be using the ATV. Tire alignment will change with varying loads. You will notice when you jack up an ATV the wheel width will become narrower and tires will toe out more. That is why you must add load to ATV when doing a alignment.
Actually looking in the Honda service manual on page 1-12 for the Rubicon, it calls for 30mm plus/minus 15mm Toe-Out. The Rancher 420’s also call for Toe-Out. I believe only the 2 wheel drive model Honda atv’s call for Toe-In.
When tightening the jam nuts back up, most things I see say to grab the flats of the ball joint to hold them still while you tighten jam nuts. I couldn't get to them very well so I just held the tie rod still with a wrench on the flats and tightened nuts. Any harm in doing this instead of holding the ball joint flats? Thanks for the help!
I just wanted apologize to a lot of people out there ,there is some stuff that I did not explain in this video that I forgot to mention but hope to do a future video again on this subject to better explain because somethings was not mentioned as should of been ...so thanks again for your interest in this video
It's a Honda. It's all metric. Thx for the video. Quick and easy strings method.
turn your handlebars a bit to the left

This is incorrect. You want a slight toe in on fronts tires. Check service manual for exact measurements
Will Schappi ok then
Will Schappi I knew that but don’t know why I didn’t add that in and thanks for the input
