Context for people new to Hololive/Aqua's Minecraft:
Aqua built her house due to a conflict she starts with Shion which resulted in a excessive amount of pranks being done(mostly aqua doing to Shion). It all started with Aqua realizing that her house was Patrick's Stars house sitting next to a small mansion that was Shions.
Near the middle of the conflict Aqua begins to build underground tunnels so that she can sneak into Shion's house to mess with her without the other members seeing it(since it seems most of them are usually streaming when she is so they don't watch her stream often). Shion found out(because ya viewers love making situations more heated but lets be honest, it's funny so I love you all for it. Also because she was hopping around and happened to find the hole under the honey) and Aqua tried to build a fake basement to make shion believe she closed her tunnels.
Aqua got attached to her tunnels and begin making a underground mansion known as her empire. So yeah don't let her lie to you. She wasn't bored of the surface world. She was too lazy to make her surface house look good so she sparked a war. The tunnels came out fantastic though. She might be better at being a ground hog than a sailor.

yeah, the entire series was really fun, it's just so funny (and very aqua) for her house on surface looks like that but her underground tunnel looks amazing and the dummy room is just way too good (compared to her real house)

I feel that the easiest way to revitalize Hololive interest in Minecraft is simply to create a new server and start from square one. This will allow veteran members to create new architects and make new stories. This will also give 4th generation and any new members a chance to add their own history to this new server.
they will have more to do next update AND they haven’t gone to a end city yet
Also maybe do unique challenges. Those seem to be pretty popular recently with channels like Dream.

I feel like most of them are already pretty tired of MC already. Even in this server, most only build a house and thats it. The only people that kept building new things are Haato, Miko, and Aqua. Pekora, Roboco, and Matsuri did a bit every now and then but thats about it. Everybody else just build a house in the beginning and then explore the world in the subsequent videos
They should do their own modded Minecraft or Crazycraft.
Aqua is such a introverted dork. Talking to herself and imagining scenarios and conversations, even acting it out to nobody... It's cute.

@@seele4535 Aqua is always like this. Isn't really just connected to Minecraft. If you've ever seen her planning streams where she makes so obtuse plans to capture Okayu's interest for example or if she talks about Shion, you get that she just loves imagining scenarios.
This is like when the heroine won several wars and returned to her home town only to find out everyone moved to the city.
And she's just giving a personal tour of what her childhood was like.

For context of the gundam house comment, I believe it's because of the color scheme of the materials that she used to build her house were quite similar to that of gundam (reds, blues, and some golds, on top of greys/whites) led chat and some other hololive members to call it a gundam house. This is going off from what I remember off the top of my head.
Oh, thanks! Also when I did some more searching in twitter, and I found some peoples screenshooting Aqua's house from her stream, the description was like "The Gundam making was fun!" so I think yeah, it's a Gundam House lmao

After an eternity, Aqua's house actually looks nice. In comparison to the minecraft neighbor series it really seems to have improved.
In the context of Aqua's Minecraft nieghbour ; This is like that movie reboot that comes out after the main series ended made to cash in on everyones nostalgia.. not that im complaining. I love this.
i wish A-chan would orchestrate a minecraft party game from time to time like they did with that TTT-like session back then.

Aqua and Sora must be really happy right now that the holoserver is being active again with the addition of 5th Gen and HololiveID... It feels nostalgic when they cameo at other member's streams, goof around, build stuff, and prank other members.

The best chance for a revival of Minecraft would be after the new update comes out. They would have new things to play with and the interest from the viewer would be bigger.

Now that you mentioned it. It really IS like the beginning of Overlord. Which makes it really painful for aqua since all she is left with here are the structures and such while Momonga was left with basically his friends childrens while aqua was left with what is comparatively just the great tomb of nazarick and not much else.

@@Kevin-fl9yo i'm a light novel reader and i'm only referencing what you can basically see in episode 1 of Overlord. That being before the server shutdown. His friends "children" is just the npcs of Nazarick because each and every npc in nazarick is made by his guildmates so he sees them as that. Nothing really spoilery since this is just a general idea.

I find it interesting how Shion never fixed the pit in front of her house. The ground floor that went boom back in January was fully renovated (and again here by Aqua), but that 2-block wide pit out front was never filled in.

IIRC the inside isnt emeralds but instead are a mix of gold, iron, and a bit of diamond. But yeah, its still quite a lot
I remember when she built it on her LONG stream. At first she wanted to make it FULL DIAMONDS, but because she didn't have too much, she decided to use emeralds instead... which she also didn't have too much lol. She needed to trade a lot of things to some villagers for more emeralds. If I don't remember wrong, it's still not 100% emerald in the end. The center part have some combination of golds and diamonds.
Minecraft is that game that when you havent play it in a long time you just dont want to touch it let alone getting into it. But once you are in (probably after you see your nostalgic craftment) you just feel the urge to dive into it once again like it is the first time you get your hands on it.

A way to "repopulate" the hololive minecraft server is, imho to invite some other agency vtuber member, like let's say nijisanji if it's allowed by their management, stage a collab and have them log in to holoserver, then have the hololive members tour them around, saying whose house or what this does etc. I bet that would revitalize the server, and vice versa, have some nijisanji member tour their world to the hololive members, that would be an epic collab. It could also be other vtubers like Kagura mea or Tenjin or so many other vtubers. Someone like Inui toko who plays minecraft daily and did collabs with suisei could make that happen.
