A video is marked as av(prefix) + unique av number(a string of number representing the video, it is also the ordinal of the video among all videos on bilibili using chronological order). So there is no problem with that. Now the current standard video marking prefix is now BV.

The more rules you have the better quality content you get, but at the same it’s inverse proportional to the number of content makers. Idk about Kuaishou but Tiktok is a big mess of various things. Tiktok is focusing firstly on the quantity, and then they try to slowly fix the quality.
