To me this is a great illustration of how the pros actually brake when things are sketchy. Everyone always says you should be more front than back. I agree most of the time but when it's slick or steep and loose (where people actually need coaching) you need both brakes and there will be occasions of more back than front.
Hell yea!! Mountain biking at its purest!! Absolute gold content guys and girls! Body position and movement, the marvel of modern suspension, tyre smashing, wheel flexing, rider reaction, there's everything in these 9+ minutes. Could never get enough of it🤤🤤🤤. Kudos to whomever had the initial idea, mostly kudos to the girls and boys with the cameras and well done to everybody involved in producing this mountain biking masterpiece. 👏👏👏👏🤘. Please give us more🤟

I'm like learning the proper sag from pros
They run way more sag than the recommended and esoeciallynin the wet muddy conditions. I tried a similar setup and it actually works way better than expected.
@@marzocchidj3 true more sag and possibly more tokens for bottom out.....noticed most forks not using last 10 to 15mm travel! Gonna try that this winter.

WTF are we doing? Young, fit people, racing on bicycles with motors? E-bikes make sense for folks who have disabilities, old folks, people who want to self-shuttle long days, moms doing grocery runs with the kids, and etc, but 25 year olds racing enduro at the top level?
No one in this video are on a E-bike? haha
It's a different way of racing, battery management, torque management and timed climbs all mean a different way of racing and requires a different mindset and skills. E-Biking is becoming V popular, young or old, becuase of the way you can smash laps. It's only realistic to have a top series that reflects that.
@@belgianwaffle3883 I mean, yeah it's different. So is rock climbing! Should we have a special category for Enduro racing where they only scale the gnarlier parts of the coarse? Rock climbing is super popular too!
The point is that when you have a motor on a bike, it stops being bicycling and starts being motor-cycling. The addition of external power beyond the rider's legs fundamentally changes things to make it a whole new thing and frankly, not something I'm personally interested in. I follow mountain bike TH-cam channels, no motorcycle channels.
