UE5.4 New feature: Cloners and Effector. Example, let's make it rain particles from the sky (SUB.)

With the UE5.4 Cloners feature, you can spawn static meshes and give effects with Effector.
According to our sample video, you can make rain, stones, snow or any other Static mesh fall from the sky.
