Strange having so many hangups on the pad. Time for your annual rod cleaning? Looks like everything survived! 5 second delay on that SLS? Falling over on the rod was the best thing that could have happened then! LOL. Good show!
There needs to be a special phrase for when the rocket motor ignites but the rocket never makes it off the pad, and sometimes just leans over to "rest" on the ground. "Lawn dart" isn't quite right in that situation. "Took a nap", perhaps?
Ron, Another fun video. If I could make one suggestion. Could you call out the rocket name and motor before the countdown or add them the bottom of the screen?
Normally I add them to timeline but don't have the energy this time. The student advisor, Helen kept detailed notes so added those but without the timing. Next time, I promise.
@@RonzRocketz Awesome Ron. I know that doing TH-cam videos isn't the easiest thing in the world and we all appreciate your time in providing this content.

I suspect the kid didn't have the rod go through both lugs. The grass there is rather thick. How'd you like the tumble recovery?
Looked like lots of fun, but quite a few imperfect launches and landings :). Have to love that grass.
The students are learning through failures.

Resting on its laurels...
I love flying my Delta Clipper! So bulky but flies and recovers so well… what is model launched at about 6:14 into the video?
That's the student Graduator with the $400 Telemega inside. Dr Kan really didn't want to lose it. There are a few very hungry trees nearby.
