I had a bit of an emotional breakdown/breakthrough to this song about a week ago. Months of trying to purge old emotion. Singing this it all came pouring out. Today I am in a quieter place and found myself wishing there was an acoustic version. At the end of my work day this was at the top of my recommendations. Lol. Love it!
Nice. He starts the compression really early. Maybe he should open up his "throat" completly and compress the voice only at the ends or were it matters. Would give the whole song more (head)room.
I like the songwriting. I want to hear Shinedown's vocalist sing this. Love the song. There are parts where the vocals are pushed, so much that the tone is overtaking the instrumentals.
same here but I honestly feel like between Shinedown and Chris Daughtry they both have song's that you have to sing like if you just won America Idol.😊
