Anson Mount did a pretty good job as Batman in the Injustice animated movie. And I can say his cameo in Dr. Strange is much better than in the entire Inhumans series.

Or look up the Fatal Fourteen, which is what the people of Vallejo called their local cops because of their murderous track record. As bad as this series is, it is a perfect example of balancing both comedy and character, Black Bolt isn’t purposefully acting like this for the sake of comedy, he is acting that way because he isn’t in his homeland, it just comes off as funny for us the audience, also, Anson Mount is perfect for this role, if you can show emotions without talking, it shows that you are a top tier actor!
According to the law (I have worked as a security guard for numerous stores), we are not allowed to touch a customer before they leave the store. We can ask them if they are going to pay for something to let them know we are on to them, but we can not touch them unless they assault us, another customer, or an employee first. Black bolt would not only not get arrested for assault, but would be able to sue the security guard for assault. Also, it is not shop lifting unless they leave the store. I know it sounds dumb, but it is to protect the people who genuinely do forget to pay, or forget they were still carrying an item. This is so we don't go tackling innocent old people for what looks like shoplifting.
And don't get me started on the cop who pulled his gun for no reason, the cops who beat him with sticks yelling "don't resist", and the cop who was kicking Black Bolt while he was on the ground. I am not a cop, so I will leave it to someone who can explain it better why these are all ridiculous.

Hell yeah he is! He is one of my favorites! I was SO excited when I 1st heard they were gonna make an inhumans film ONLY because of black bolt! If there was one thing that convinced me to see this series through to the end, it was Anson Mount. Brilliant portrayal of Black Bolt in spite of the lame script. Although to their credit, most of the cast were actually pretty solid; Iwan Rheon made a good Maximus aside from the inconsistent accent and the rest of the Royal Family were all memorable enough

MCU nerfs many characters. Pretty much all. The closest would be any of the human characters, but ironically, even they're kinda nerfed, considering their comic counterparts can "superhero land" without their knee caps flying out of their legs like frisbees. Other feats, as well as things like that. Even the average human is amped in the comics in impractical ways. It's that way across all publishers. "Batman's been shot! ...again! Don't blame the actor he did a incredible job. It's the terrible writing and lack of knowledge of the inhumans. Black bolt would have easily stopped the cops and the tazer wouldn't have effected him and all this without using his voice. If there was one thing that convinced me to see this series through to the end, it was Anson Mount. Brilliant portrayal of Black Bolt in spite of the lame script.
Although to their credit, most of the cast were actually pretty solid; Iwan Rheon made a good Maximus aside from the inconsistent accent and the rest of the Royal Family were all memorable enough

This… how did this even happen? How did this show get revealed to the light of this universe? Ruining one of the most underrated creations Stan Lee ever created. Some of the most unique characters, and powers… I understand those that aren’t fans of Inhumans from comics, that’s fine. Everyone has different preferences of characters they like to read about. This? This causes the entire Comic Book community to riot. Even if you don’t like Inhumans from graphic novels. It’s still one of the biggest slap to the face, shoe spitting representations to one of the most under appreciated works Stan Lee has ever did, and I couldn’t even imagine his distant horror seeing this shit show being aired for the first time. This show isn’t just a disgrace to Marvel fans, it is a disgrace to the entire comic book fan base, and towards the original creators. Fucking hell! We’re talking Black Bolt, the king of Attilan. The man that trained himself to at extreme lengths to never make a sound. The guy that was able to take on Thanos, and destroyed his armor. The voice that can destroy a city if he made a whimper, and that’s not giving the character any justice. Then we see this? This guy is supposed to be Black Bolt? He can take on an huge cosmic threat? He couldn’t even destroy a building! No hate towards the actors though, the dudes facial expressions were at least decent. I just can’t believe that these people were put into this shit!
