    I'm 60 but didn't want to do exercise for over 60, lol so I looked for over 50 and I found these. I am so glad that I did! Love you and love your workouts! Looking to get rid of my tummy! Will be a faithful daily follower!! Thank you for doing these!

    Thanks so much for the inspiration. I miss my young body and have been feeling discouraged with my attempts but this is SO DOABLE! And I love instruction from someone in my peer group. I have done this every morning for a week and wow what a difference, my waist is slimming and my back and knees feel better. 💖💖💖

    This does really work! I remember this one year...i think it was 2018 or 2019, i made an effort to try to do these every single day(planks too) and i felt i was seeing results and looking at my best. Then of course covid happened and unfortunately i began to slack off. I have tp get back to this again. By the way, im not over 50, but i still like to watch your videos. Theyre actually very helpful even for ladies younger than 50 too. Thank you for sharing. 👍😊

    Thank you for showing me doable exercises. I have been doing your toned arm exercises and getting rid of belly fat exercises each day for one month.     Great 5 minutes!! I'm 68 in a few days and biking, swimming, hiking, and badminton are not getting rid of the middle flab, so committing to this and another abs workout each day. Thank you for this routine.

    Oh my, what a challenge. I tired this routine two weeks ago, I couldn’t do the plank, and a few of the other exercises were very challenging. I did better today, and made it to the end. I plan to keep doing this routine once ie twice a week.

    I had a major health issue 5 years ago and was told not to do any lifting of over 10 lbs. I was so scared, I did nothing, and received flying squirrels. I'm 62 and just found you. I'm doing these toned arms exercises and am so happy I can do them that I'm also doing your other workouts. Thank you!

    I am watching this video, and probably going to do every other day to begin with, i have to deal with cramps especially in my stomach and insides, not sure why i have always had these since i was a child, but i do. I was heavy on keeping myself fit up until i was 33 and thyroid disease ruined it, but i am going to try

    I prefer a standing crunch rather than a reverse crunch, right now. I’m working on repairing my diastasis recti from my last birth, 18 years ago. Yes, it’s working; it’s never too late!

      thanks for encouragement! I am a recent mom of twins and though i have always been slim, i noticed the fat rolls on my lower belly that are hard to get rid of. I am doing this exercise as soon as i finish this comment and thank you again for sharing that this works. At any stage!

      Pilates is a good alternative to doing standard reverse crunch ab exercises, the Pilates exercises are more controlled and they strengthen your core a lot more

    I am really enjoying your videos. As I don't always watch the TV while you are doing the exercise, I rely on your prompts when finished. Sometimes I look up and you have moved to the next exercise. I really like when you announce "Finished" so I know to start something knew. Love the clock!

      I have that, too. If I'm doing side leg raises, I've found if I just don't go as high it usually won't pop. If your hip joints were popping with those spider ones, I did that one on all fours and then raised my bent knee out to the side. Really crunches my abs and my hips didn't pop or click!

    Yes and amen I've had to think about the knee text whether I keep my elbows up and keep my balance. I have a little Twitch in my knee to work out I want to avoid any blood clots at my age at 59 years Young not old not, letting the old in to be bold !

    Except fot the planks, all these excerceises are excellent. Planks are very hard on the shoulders. Do a push-up instead, even on an incline if necessary. A push-up is a plank with movement in the shoulders, yay!

    What I love about all these moves are they strengthen your core
    move your hips/ lubricate them and therefore prevent back injuries & unnecessary pain..
    Really fun beautiful and increase the quality of our lives

    This was spectucular! I was surprised at how I had to ca5ch my breath and sweated! I was only able to do 4 sets! I'll work my way up to 9! Thanks a bunch! ⭐👍⭐👍⭐
