I’ve had my room for over a decade and it is leaking as well. So upset, and we also had to put in our own floors as well as heating and AC unit. I would not recommend them to no one. 😡
How much paid ? This doesn't have hvac duct. It's not 4 season sunroom it's 3 season also 4 season room should have drywall and proper roof to be called sunroom.

Mine has never stopped leaking. They have been out more than a dozen times and now they are ghosting me. They do not respond. Horrible customer service.
Interesting, we had Patio Enclosure installed ours 26 years ago and never had an issue!!

We had them install atrium glass, 8 years later it STILL leaks, they are TERRIBLE!!!

How can it be 4 seasons without a floor? Why did it take one year to start and complete the work? Now I can understand them not including the fan,
