i started seeing jerry l since i was 16. students thronged the theatres. enjoyed his movies. also people from all walks of life, intellectuals, rich, middle clasd. chennai was crazy.
Susan Oliver had one of the loveliest faces I have ever seen, but she wasn't just a pretty face. She held a pilot's licence & became only the second woman to fly a single engine aircraft solo across the Atlantic Ocean. She was also a heavy smoker & died of lung cancer in her late fifties. What a stunning beauty she was, though.
@@davidpeters6536 There is a very good documentary of Susan titled "The Green girl" out there on Amazon among other places. Worth seeing IMO if your a fan.
The conversation with Mrs. Fuzzibee is my absolute favourite scene from all of Jerry's movies, i never get tired of it! It's just the faces he makes when bracing himself and 'This is the big mamou mama'!!! 😂 Rest in peace Jerry. 🌹
Yes it is a shame. An actor who worked on an episode of Trapper John that Susan directed said she chained smoked the entire time. My dad died at 63 from smoking while his mother lived to be 93. So yes, Susan would probably still be here and looking gorgeous at 77 years old. She sure was pretty and a great actress.
Susan had perfect features, a perfect figure, beautiful hair, a pleasant feminine voice, was good actress, highly intelligent. adventurous and independent. God had a good day
Susan Oliver was so beautiful, love the scenes with her and Jerry... oh yeah, it wouldn't be hard for me to love him, I would in a minute....... and "Mrs Bushy Fuzz" and "This is the big Mamoo Mama!!" 😛😛
@DA90027 Yes.Isnt it so sad that smoking was so hailed as the thing to do back then.It killed so many many admired people like this super gorgeous gal.She may have very well been alive today(altho in her 70,s i think.
“I’m yours , if you want me”.....DAMN 🤩🤩🤩
''This is the big mamu mama, gung ho, get set.'' makes me cry with laughter every time!
Me too! "The kidney!!!" (grimace)😂
