Jerry Lewis still making us laugh 56 years in the future!! My all time favorite comedian . No cuss words, no filthy talk, just pure straight comedy. Thx for the upload man
I'll never forget my experiences with this movie. I was an intern on it. My roommate at the time, Frank Alesia, also played one of the orderlies. I had been in Hollywood only one month when I got the position. I idolized Jerry as a kid. I soon realized that he was (and, I don't mean disrespect here. It's just the truth) far more vulgar and difficult than I imagined. He carried a basketball around with him as the shots were being set up and often bounced it off the bald head of one of the guys working on the movie. My most memorable experience was the Stella Stevens incident. She was the leading lady. She was showing up late frequently. One day, she walked in two hours late, delaying a key shot. Jerry shouted out -- "Stella, Stella." He embraced her and then, held her at arm's length and said fairly loudly---"You're Fired." He meant it. The next day, Susan Oliver showed up to replace her. Years later, Andrew Stevens and I co-starred in a children's TV special. Great guy. I never mentioned the incident.
I was a child of the 80s & I loved watching these. My mum would wake me up in the morning because a Jerry Lewis, Norman Wisdom or Shirley temple movie was on...My friends laugh at me for liking these movies

Comic Genius
Think Lewis had a few 'belts' here in these sequences, as in Stanley Belt. Robert at 67.
