Great content Simon! If I target student HMO's that missed an academic year at this time of year (November/December) and they're in a student area, What tenant pool should I target? Will students still need these properties or should I instead target working professionals etc? Is it worth taking on a student property that missed an academic year if the main tenant pool is students? Any advice would be appreciated cheers.
Hey! Great question. Make sure you subscribe... You can take student properties on and keep them as students. You can flip them to professional house shares.. You can even flip them into short stay accommodation for businesses... Key thing is acquiring high quality property, adding value and putting them back onto the market.... Make sense?
