Only a few years ago I started my property journey from zero. Want to know the formula I used to create a 7-figure Rent-to-Rent business in just 3 years?! Here’s the exact formula I used to transform my life using rent to Rent-to-Rent 2.0: th-cam.com/video/ed8axh46nO4/w-d-xo.html
This Is gold, I've been making calls all day and all agents are refusing to communicate or even let me continue explaining as soon as I say the word "company let" 😪
Who deals with the management side of the property eg if repairs need done during the tenancy? And if not you, would this not put off a landlord who could go straight to a letting agent who would take care of everything? I'm just trying to get my head around it all 😊 thanks
Some really good tips here, thank you so much! It is so tough trying to get a lease on a corporate let. Most estate agents do just shrug you off on the phone and I’ve pretty much exhausted the list of estate agents in my area. Definitely going to have to go direct to vendor!
Simon you are amazing. You only one who explains so clearly with all the essential information we need. I will 10 out of 10 fir your outstanding service.
Hi Simon I'm new to R2R and your channel and think its an absolutely amazing resource, thank you so much, can i please request a copy of the 12 step guide you mentioned? thank you, Jenn
Hi Simon quick one so at what stage can you tell landlord your looking to do SA because some won’t even do viewing if they know it’s your intention to turn to SA
Awesome video Simon! Lots lots of value like always. Regarding the call to book a viewings, almost every time the landlord is asking me lots of questions, per example, for how many people is the property, if we are professionals, my job status etc. how do I overcome that to get to book a viewing? Thanks

If direct to vendor you do the repairs…
If via a letting agent it depends on the arrangement landlord has with them
Amazing channel! Once youve got the keys do you then start advertising to find a tenant or would you do this before?
As soon as agreement is confirmed

Hey got a question say if I have a break clause can the landlord also say in 6month they want their property back?
Do you manage the properties and tenants yourself? Or do you get a management company to deal with it?
Is R2R always full repairing lease like most commercial leases would be?
