I can't even get beyond the agents, as soon as they hear it's gonna be for a compnay let they say their landlord is not interested or they don't deal with company lets, it's soo exhausting

Would be worth asking Landlords about lease option agreements. Guarantee them rent for 5-7 years and save a deposit and you not only earn from them you get to own them at the end when you mortgage them using the rent money as a deposit. Good luck

What contracts are you supposed to have in place for rent to rent with a landlord? All these so called 'gurus' keep saying a company let contract is what youre supposed to do, but from my research thats illegal. Its either supposed to be a management contract (which means you pay VAT) or a lease contract but thats only if the landlord has no mortgage on the property. Is this actually the case? And are those 2 contracts the only options?
