Nah I don't think currently you'll need a trainer to get better- trainers are mostly if you want to level up with great quality (it's mostly for
ppl who are playing for serious growth or people who want to be professionals at it aka me)
so first if you don't know what your elo is go to chess.com, and play a bunch of games later, that'll tell you about what your elo is, to train to get better I'll advise you to use a channel-specific to get better otherwise in my opinion gothamchess's old videos are fantastic to figure out stuff with fun.
mostly important though and I'm quite sure that you'll see it as when you start playing is to stop easy blunders like I say mostly in the vids
