Are kpi's always done in a graph? How much data do you log and how do you keep track of it efficiently? What time period do you recommend to use to generate your kpi's? Do you do monthly, quarterly, 6 months, a year? From pausing and researching some terms during this video, it seems to me, you need your metrics first. Then you create and communicate your okr's and then you use your okr's to create, understand and utilize your kpi's...does that sound correct? Do you and your top leadership team (even if that's 2-4 people) have a meeting so you are all on the same page before the 2 day leadership retreat?
