    I like the feedback section on talking about topics people not need to know at meeting can set up another meeting. Tell team why not bringing solutions to thngs said issue.

    Are kpi's always done in a graph?
    How much data do you log and how do you keep track of it efficiently? What time period do you recommend to use to generate your kpi's? Do you do monthly, quarterly, 6 months, a year?
    From pausing and researching some terms during this video, it seems to me, you need your metrics first. Then you create and communicate your okr's and then you use your okr's to create, understand and utilize your kpi's...does that sound correct?
    Do you and your top leadership team (even if that's 2-4 people) have a meeting so you are all on the same page before the 2 day leadership retreat? Or do you each bring your own ideas and thoughts and hash it out there? Thank you, Georgia

      KPIs can take various forms, not always graph-based. Efficient data tracking depends on what's relevant; keeping it manageable yet comprehensive is key. Timeframes for KPI generation vary-monthly, quarterly, or other intervals depending on what suits your goals best.
      Your breakdown about metrics, OKRs, and KPIs is spot on! As for leadership alignment, it varies. Some prefer pre-meetings to align ideas, while others hash it out during the retreat. Both approaches can work-it often depends on team dynamics and preferences. Great insights!
