  • Today, I'm going to show you a game-changing strategy to help you accelerate your career journey from an entry-level team member to an executive in just 3 years. If you're a business owner like me, it's vital to provide your team members with a clear path to success. Having a clear path for employees to align their personal, professional, and financial goals with the goals of the organization, is essential for the success of any business.
Ensure you avoid the common mistake of prematurely assigning titles like Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to every position you fill. Instead, focus on taking small steps and developing skills that add value to the company. For employees, your goal is to learn the specific skills that will make you an invaluable asset, increasing your income and elevating you to the next level of success on your career path. For instance, if you want to increase your income by $10,000, you should focus on skills that generate an additional $50,000 in revenue for the business. It's all about aligning your goals with those of the organization's.
If you're curious about career pathing in your business or have experiences to share, tell me in the comments below! Let's start a conversation and grow together!

We capped someone with a title that was not at that level. Great video 🙏

❤️my problems arise from having weekend Team Members like carnies . They all have other jobs and commitments! Change is coming though! 2024 will be very different after overcoming lots!

It sounds like navigating weekend shifts with part-time team members who have other commitments can be challenging. It's great to hear that change is on the horizon for 2024! Overcoming obstacles often leads to growth and positive transformations. Wishing you the best in the upcoming changes!

Great video! There are so many companies that can learn from this. I would say over 95% do not do this.

This is awesome, as an employee in my organization leadership doesn’t even speak us, not even to say good morning, they only communicate with us to complain about how we messed up on something, but we get paid well so I guess they think it’s “ok”. Maybe it is, who knows, but something like this would be great. Thank you for these videos!

It's disheartening when communication from leadership feels one-sided. Every team deserves positive interaction and support. I'm glad these videos resonate with you-they're aimed at bringing some positivity and guidance into workplaces. You deserve appreciation and constructive communication, and I hope things improve for you and your team soon.
