What is the 10-Year Bar on Re-entering the U.S.?

- If an immigrant overstays their visa for 6 months, they will receive a 3-year bar and will not be able to come to the U.S. for 3 years. If they have overstayed for a year or more, they will receive a 10-year bar from entering the U.S.
The only way to overcome these bars is by asking for a waiver. The waiver is still not a guarantee that you will be able to come back to the U.S.

I over stayed by a couple years from around 2000-2002 so my ten year ban is well over. I tried to return not so long ago on a waiver and she said I could if I just had more funds. How does getting sponsorship work? As a pop singer, what type of company should I ask to sponsor me to come over to do that?

Do you have to file the I212, if you got 10 years bar (not permanent) after being deported for overstaying, and waited the 10 years outside USA, before applying to a tourist B2 visa?

If the i-20 was terminated in 2016, but the f-1 visa Didnt expire until 2019 and never seemed to be terminated, does that mean the visa f-1 visa was still valid? Or did it lose validity the moment I lost my I-20?

My father stayed in the US illegally for 20 something years, he is married to my mother and has me and my older brother as children. he got the 10 year bar, and we signed for a waiver but they declined, so we sent in something else to see if they could change their mind and they rejected that also. is there anything else we could do? please help if you can.
