Just a useless video and just to share unimportant ideas how to make an alternative burner or cooking utensil in an emergency when we are out of the house or wherever we need it urgently.
Materials needed :
1. Hose / copper pipe diameter 4.8mm, length 2m
2. Aquarium Hose or Infusion Hose and its stopper (1m hose length)
3. The used mineral water bottles and plant sprayers that we give a little modification will later be used for fuel containers that can be pressurized
4. The fuel that can be used is gasoline, pertalite (recommended) spirtus, diesel diesel
This toy is not as good as the factory made and I really hope that if it can be used, at least it can help make the job a little easier. Of course, there are many shortcomings, so if there is a response of interest, please comment and don't hesitate to give criticism so that later it can be more perfect and more useful

Sekedar video yang tidak berguna dan sekedar berbagi ide tidak penting bagaimana cara membuat kompor atau alat masak alternatif dalam keadaan darurat saat kita keluar rumah atau dimanapun kita sangat membutuhkannya.
Bahan yang dibutuhkan:
1. Selang/pipa tembaga diameter 4.8mm, panjang 2m
2. Selang Akuarium atau Selang Infus dan stoppernya (panjang selang 1m)
3. Botol air mineral bekas dan penyemprot tanaman yang kami berikan sedikit modifikasi nantinya akan digunakan untuk wadah bahan bakar yang bisa bertekanan
4. Bahan bakar yang bisa digunakan adalah bensin, pertalite (recommended) spirit, solar solar
Mainan ini tidak sebagus buatan pabrik dan saya sangat berharap jika bisa digunakan, setidaknya bisa sedikit membantu meringankan pekerjaan. Tentunya masih banyak kekurangannya, jadi jika ada tanggapan yang menarik silahkan berkomentar dan jangan sungkan untuk memberikan kritik agar nantinya bisa lebih sempurna dan lebih bermanfaat.

Pada video pengujian ini murni dari hasil pengujian DIY sesuai dengan video dalam urutan yang sama persis, dan menggunakan bahan bakar pertalite 1 liter, mampu menyala selama kurang lebih 28 menit non stop, dan api sangat stabil tanpa stagnasi karena kotoran atau faktor lain.

1.pompa udara diperlukan karena posisi bahan bakar sejajar dengan kompor atau pompa digunakan jika bahan bakar tidak menggunakan gaya gravitasi, jadi untuk mendorong bahan bakar agar keluar ke lubang pembakaran melalui pipa yang panas..
2.ini bekerja dengan uap bahan bakar, jika menggunakan gas saya belum pernah mencobanya..

Saya sdh coba bikin,tanpa menggunakan tekanan,hanya mengandalkan gravitasi dan hasilnya disaat sdh panas dan jika menggunakan bensin maka api akan nyembur bertekanan tinggi dan akhirnya mati.
Maka saya coba memakai oli bekas dan hasil nya bagus,semakin panas membara maka api semakin biru bara
Cuma permasalahan tetep ada tekanan balik dan api besar sendiri lalu mengecil sendiri begitu secara berulang.
Kesimpulanya hal ini sangat bagus sebagai inspirasi buat semua karena secara system sdh bagus dan masuk akal, hanya bth penyempurnaan ukuran pipa dan jumlah lilitan agar hasil maksimal.

Great design, but shortly the heat will transfer down the copper to the plastic feed line melting it. Need some kind of heat resistant connector between the copper and plastic feed line

Great idea and I would like to make just a few suggestions. What if, on the tail end in which you have the tails end and the small hole, that you just have the end sealed but no hole, then on the outside of the top inner coil drill 16 holes of 1mm diameter at an angle of 50° from horizontal, and on the fuel supply line a micro fuel regulator to minimize the amount of fuel used for maximum effect for cooking. Also, on the fuel line where the copper tube meets the plastic fuel line a steel heat shield is mounted to reduce the risk of damage to the plastic fuel supply line, and finally, where the tail end hangs down under the cooker, suspend a small shallow dish into which a small amount of the fuel as a pre-heater for the fuel to bring the cooker up to temperature, and as one of your viewers commented, perhaps a flash arrestor would be a good safety idea. Otherwise, I was impressed...!

But alas, this frustrated and retired ex-engineer has to make do with carefully considered encouragement to make you better than I was. I was mentored by an ex-Luftwaffe pilot shot down over England, and I had the pleasure of working close with him, all his skills he taught me in a calm and relaxed manner while we made complex moulds and complex machinery for industry, if I came to a problem my mentor would say, put your tools down walk away, drink a coffee and have a smoke, then come back to the problem with a clear idea as to how to progress. His mentoring was perfect, and it gave me a pride in my work, so much so, that I would not put my name to my work unless I could pass it on unless the customer was completely satisfied, then I knew my skills we progressing and I could have great pride in my own skills and abilities that bring about that satisfaction of achievement. 'Do it right first time every time'...! Great Engineers create with the mind, heart and spirit, then that creation is constructed with the best two tools we have, the hands. Creation comes from the spiritual dimension, construction comes from the physical dimension...! My mentor also taught me to make every step 10°/° better every time so that constant improvement is made to improve the construction process...!

NOT recommended, hydrogen is HIGHLY reactive and instable that is why is not as popular in transportation.
@@JG-lx5pm wrong, HYDROGEN alone isn't more dangerous than other fuels, quite the opposite, BUT HHO (Hydrogen+oxygen) is dangerous in any form whatsoever.
I got all of that. With a couple flash arrestors in place it would be a great experiment and a free use of water as power.
I will be trying that. I drive my pick up truck on hydrogen. I'm still here, 20 years later.

Please Increase length of Free copper tube by at least ONE meter to keep the Kerosene Pressurized bottle far away from the Stove.
That free length of copper tube will allow the coupling of the flexible fuel tube to remain cool and safe from flash point fire. Also include a small safety micro net inside top end of Copper tube ( A small ball of steel wool will do) to prevent flash back fire reaching the fuel reservoir.
Harap Tambah panjang tabung tembaga Gratis setidaknya SATU meter untuk menjaga botol Bertekanan Minyak Tanah jauh dari Kompor. Panjang tabung tembaga yang bebas itu akan memungkinkan sambungan tabung bahan bakar fleksibel tetap dingin dan aman dari titik nyala api.
Juga termasuk jaring mikro pengaman kecil di dalam ujung atas tabung Tembaga ( Bola kecil dari wol baja akan dilakukan ) untuk mencegah flash back fire mencapai reservoir bahan bakar.

I would suggest a small candle right beneath the burner to make it safer to start. The flame also looked green, which might indicate burning copper- if it starts to burn through, then you might try forming the next around a small metal can, such as a tomato paste can, to create a protective layer. Most importantly, you should try to find a large metal container to use it inside of, such as a coffee can or a metal barrel, so that it will be less likely to either tip over, or spill fuel on other things.
Just curious but is it magnesium that makes it burn green?

sangat bisa sekali kak, sudah saya coba.. hasilnya juga bagus, cm entah krn pipa terlalu kecil atau lingkaran terlalu banyak akibatnya agak ada renggang waktu waktu api menyala..maksudnya, api secara otomatis mengecil dan membesar... tetapi sangat konstan..

@@manualtech6673 thank you so much for your reply. Yes, it not clear what "fuel" you use. There is a blurred moment where we can see what is at the end of the inlet tube. But we don't see alcohol, or spirits, or lighter fluid or anything? So it's great to see the build. But from halfway in the video we are lost.. Good luck. I'm sure you will figure it out. Because it is an awesome build.

O tubo de entrada do combustivel que alimenta as chamas deveria ser maior para evitar aquecimento na mangueira do vapor de gasolina e nao correr risco, porem seu projeto foi otimo vou fazer igual. obrigado pela ideia.

karena lpg tetap membutuhkan oksigen dr udara bebas pd saat proses pembakaran,

Saran om. Klo pk fuel bensin dan variannya pk bor 0.45-0.51mm. Klo pk minyak tanah, solar diesel dan variannya pk bor 0.32-0.38mm. Untuk safety pk valve keran dan selang bensin/fuel. Untuk pressure dlm tabung bahan bakar jangan terlalu tinggi, cukup sekitar 7-8x pompa untuk menghindari potensi leak/bocor pd spot2 sprti sambungan. Anyway... well done
