If you can drop just a drop water on magnesium oxide ( powder of magnesium) or mix of zinc dust, ammonium nitrat and sodium chloride. You can starting a fire. If you look at the closely on that video you can see, the newspaper smoking Grey and white before burning. It's probably burning zinc.
