So i've watched several of your vids on N. Idaho,, cause I was thinking that was where I'd move to. Leaving rural mountainous Colorado after 47 years cause I'm now surrounded by millions of people and a sea of houses which used to be open spaces.. BUT, from your vids I'm getting the idea this North Idaho area is next to be 'californiaized' and flooded with people, yuppy's and million dollar homes.. Where in North Idaho can I go to get 10-20 acres, and be far away from people, shoot guns off my back patio, see NO golf courses or Tesla cars.. I can be 1.5 hours to a costco for once a month trips. And then maybe 35 mins from a small town grocery stop. full time access not snowmobiling in..?
Wow you guys pronounced all the towns correct. Funny. I'm 68 years old now and I'm in Oklahoma. I went to 2nd and 3rd grade in Courdelene when the hydroplanes raced on the lake. Fun video
How come I don't hear nothing about highway 57 going up to priest lake why isn't everybody's Talkin Coeur d'Alene 95 up that takes you to Canada if you go 57 North that takes you to pretty much priest lake and that's it it doesn't go to Canada so to be on your own and live over on 95 you're going to have people going everywhere up and down on the highway do a video about priest River or priest lake up there and so I can get excited and see how that is you're in the wrong neighborhood every every time I watch your videos you're talking about .
Dang I can't afford this place at all
I sold my small home on N. Ash Street in Hayden on a 1/4 acre lot back in 1999 for 89K. When moving to Colorado. I sure wish now I would have kept it. I can't believe how expensive things have gotten up in North Idaho over the years. Still have a lot of family up there.

I think Moyie Springs should have been on the list. Moyie Springs is a town that not many people know about but it’s so nice and pretty. Only 15-20 minutes from bonners ferry , hiking and fishing all very close with WAY less people. Bonners is also very nice. Everyone is so friendly in Moyie Springs and bonners.
Lets keep it that way. Last beat place up here.
Bonners is full of nut jobs. From their insane state rep to a newly selected school supt with no actual experience in education. Not a great place.

What is the story with the old Outlets there in Post Falls? I used to shop there as a kid. We would come from Washington to shop. I wish they would get that up and running again.

That depends on what you do. I was a nanny before I moved here. I'd have to go to Spokane if I were to try to work in that field here. I've been working in the tourist industry here.
Heading that way in May. Getting out of TX. Super excited. Have a job lined up in Spokane.

Fairway Forest is a good spot to live if you have teens. It's close to big box stores, the bus and a bike trail that goes downtown so that they can get to Hagadone or big box stores to work without needing a ride from you all the time.
