3. Use the power of words. Your mind thinks according to the words you use. One negative thought leads to another negative thought. One Positive thought leads to another positive thought. it's a chain reaction.
4. Set your priority. If your priority is your inner peace then you won't lose it.

Thank you so much Shivani di....i have been litening you almost for two years and now i feel huge internal change in myself....in starting it was quite difficult to follow the sprituality but with the passage of time , i am able to understand that what exactly sprituality means....it makes you head strong, peaceful, happy, emotionally strong and healthy from inside....thanx again.....still i need to work a lot on myself....because still sometimes i become affected due to people's behaviour....but i would admit also that now just whithin few mimutes i am able to remove that disturbed emotions and make myself peaceful from inside.

But thank Lord , Christ has left Holy Spirit for us who is helping us to bring forth His fruits in our lives and reflect Christ .

When we "REACT", we allow our head, our five physical sense to take control, to take the lead, and take on the identity of words, circumstances, situations. The two trees are there, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and the tree of life. Which ever tree you chose to eat from, you take on the identity of it, and it becomes your reality.
