Now get you some imitation crab meat, marinated chicken or beef, pineapple, bean sprouts, onion, broccoli, peppers, lo main noodles, and some zucchini and cook up some Mongolian BBQ! That thing would be perfect for it!
Southwest discs makes good ones, they're the only people I know of who make them with a formed lip, most are welded, they have some nice handle options too.

This one's probably around the same size as yours. Use what you have. I have made them larger and smaller they all work the same.
