Love this circuit. I've been doing this one as one of my main workouts for the past 8 weeks and it's a killer.

I've been doing deep 6 but it was hard for me. Without reverse getup, it looks doable. I'm gonna try this.

How much weight is that?
It's a blue one
Can you mention where we are supposed to feel the burn so I can approximate if I am doing it right? Haha
You'll likely feel this in several spots, especially as the rounds accumulate: glutes, hamstrings, quads, shoulders.
Have you tried pro-kettlebell?
I have not.
Simple, but not easy. :D
