    Awesome workout Pat! I did it 1-5-1. 1 rep up to 5 then back to 1. Slow and controlled pullups on the rings aswell. 15 minutes. Shows you, you dont need long workouts or to be counting reps to get an effective workout. Keep it short and simple. Full body as the body always functions as a whole versus seperate parts!

    Good workout. It is interesting how many kettlebell workouts like this work well with sandbags, too.

      For sure. Definitely opportunity to swap in other (including unconventional) pieces of equipment. Cool thing about this routine is you can easily adjust for different outcomes: go heavier and rest more for strength, go lighter and rest less for conditioning. Moves are the same!

      @@ShotgunGuenni actually did a ton of pull ups right before this routine while filming another video soon to be released on-you guessed it!-how to get better at pull ups. Biceps are still feeling it. 💪
