So I actually have a ton of fun putting together compound kettlebell moves like this-busy dad life, always looking for ways to be more efficient-and I’ve got quite a few that I’ve found super useful over the years. Let me know if you want to see more!
Thank you Pat, these compounds of yours are great, especially if they also involve mobility and all that healthy stuff. I'd love some more. Have a great day.
it's a cool all-out exercise you can pull out of the sleeves on day you just want something different. I actually always do the TGU in reverse, so typically I do a C&P before the TGU and if I want to be adventurous I add an extra press in knee position or even a floor press at the bottom. But I really fancy the Titan Getup - very nice!
@@andydt82 I think you could consider/test pressing at all the different stages of the get up, including tossing in a floor press. Worth giving a shot.
Thank you for sharing. Would love tips on how to progress the snatch with a heavier weight. E.g what reps and sets would recommend before increasing the bell? Thank you!
@@tessaspivak8835 for getting your snatch numbers up, I recommend 3x/week training - an intensity day, a volume day, a speed day. Intensity day should be heavy low rep sets of snatches or over-loading with high pulls. Volume day should be many practice sets of 10-ish reps with a challenging weight. Speed day is 100 reps in 5 minutes or less, with whatever weight allows you to get all those reps in without going over the time limit.
Ok ya, this is great and all, but my real question is, where do you get your shirts my man? They always look so flowy and “comfy sleeper build casual”. Quite fetching indeed.
Great move, 4 in 1. Could you design a move that has so many moves where I only need to do one rep and then go back inside? Gigantomachy GET UP! I can dream.
@@KettlebellQuickieshi, Turkish get-up (classic) alone is generally considered to be a move of such a kind🎉... you've made it even.better greetings and thx for great videos 👍

@@justinlepany Glad you're enjoying them, Justin. The mobility emphasis is so important! Strength and muscle aren't worth much if you can barely move!
Great explanation of different parts of this exercise. Good bang for the buck on both your video and this get up!
@@TurfMode thanks, brother. Glad you liked it!
This is superb! 👏
Thank you! Cheers!
Money.
Windmills are so great. A fun variation (sans press) might be: snatch>windmill>reverse TGU>windmill
@@MattSuppleCPT dig.

@coachdjarlo, the extra presses are a great idea!
How about adding a floor press when you’re in the bottom position of the TGU?

@KettlebellQuickies having 6 kids doesn't make you an old dad. More like dad² or something:P
Bro, you're not old if you are still producing kids (or maybe Christine is just uber fertile, in which case yes, you are getting old!)
