Best Way to Replace/Upgrade Rear Door Speakers on Buick Park Avenue

Replacing the rear 3.5" door speakers on my 2000 Buick Park Avenue Ultra. Process is the same for 97-04 Park Avenues. I prefer this process because the spade connectors combined with the factory wiring harness makes the strongest connection while still being easily unpluggable. These are relatively low end speakers but they still sound great and most of my systems power comes from the front speakers, rear deck speakers, and 12" sub setup I have in the trunk.

Do they sound good to you or does it sound tinie? I ended up keeping the original speakers because the sounded better.
